RTP CFO Forum to Discuss Sales Team Compensation

Raleigh, NC (July 22, 2011) – The RTP CFO Forum ( will hold its monthly meeting on Friday,  August 5, 2011. The organization serves as a peer-to-peer networking and discussion opportunity for more than 200 senior financial executives in the Triangle area. The meeting will focus on sales compensation.

Donya Rose, managing principal of The Cygnal Group, is the featured speaker for the meeting. She has more than 25 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of systems and processes to ensure alignment of sales results with business priorities. Rose has led projects in target setting, measurement and forecasting, technology-enabled selling, and compensation plan design.

Today, Rose focuses exclusively on sales compensation planning. She regularly assists startups and moderate-sized companies in launching sales teams and moving through the early stages of growing their top line.
